St. Vincent and the Grenadines are made up of 32 islands that have something for everyone – and you will find that it is not as over-crowded as other Caribbean locations. The weather during the winter in the Grenadines is typically in the 80’s with very little rain, and the trade winds make for perfect sailing conditions. There are plenty of opportunities for open ocean sailing or you can stop in quiet anchorages to kayak, paddle board, or kitesurf. If you like diving or snorkeling, visit Tobago Cays Marine park and swim with sea turtles, rays, and other tropical fish. The adventure in this location is not limited to the water! Take a walk on the numerous pink or white sand beaches or hike through the lush tropical rain forests or into the mountains past picturesque water falls. For more structured land based activities you can visit the Botanical Gardens (among the oldest in the world), visit an 18th century fort, or just shop the markets or enjoy a nice meal at one of the many fabulous restaurants located throughout the islands. St. Vincent and the Grenadines are truly one of the best sailing destinations in the world for the whole family!
